For low-voltage distribution panels in operation, the following items should usually be checked:
(1) Are the names, markings, and numbers of the electrical components on the distribution panel clear and correct? Are the positions of all operating handles, buttons, and buttons on the panel consistent with the actual situation on site? Are they securely fixed and operated flexibly.
(2) Whether the signal lights indicating "close", "open" and other signal indications on the distribution screen are correct.
(3) Check whether the contacts of isolation switches, circuit breakers, fuses, and transformers are secure and whether there is any overheating or discoloration.
(4) Check if the insulation of the secondary circuit wires is damaged or aged.
(5) When the operation simulation board is marked on the distribution screen, does it correspond to the operating status of the on-site electrical equipment.
(6) Check if the instrument or dial glass is loose and if the instrument indications are correct.
(7) Whether the lighting fixtures in the distribution room are intact, whether the illumination is bright and uniform, and whether there is glare when observing the instruments.
(8) Any issues discovered during inspection should be promptly addressed and recorded.
