(1) After the power outage of electrical equipment undergoing maintenance, it is necessary to conduct an electrical test. The electrical test should meet the voltage level, and the high-voltage part must wear insulated gloves. After confirming that there is no electricity, the grounding wire should be connected, and an infrared insulation rod should be held to discharge to the ground.


(2) Hang a warning sign "No Closing, No Working" on the knife switch handle of the power outage line, and a sign "High Voltage, No Entry" outside the safety fence of the non power outage area.


(3) For critical equipment with safety devices installed after a power outage of more than 4 hours, the safety should be unplugged.


(4) After the maintenance work is completed, remove the grounding wire, evacuate personnel from the site, return the work permit, remove the warning sign, and resume power transmission.


(5) It is strictly prohibited to conduct live maintenance on various electrical equipment.
