XL-21 low-voltage power distribution cabinet (box) is suitable for metallurgical, mining, petroleum, chemical, textile, port, station and other factories and mining enterprises. It is used for power distribution and lighting in three-phase three wire, four wire or five wire low-voltage distribution systems with AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 400V or 660V, and rated current of 630A. It can also be used for controlling some squirrel cage and wound type motors in low-voltage control systems.

This product complies with standards such as IEC60439-1:1992 and GB7251.1-2013, GB7251.12-2013, GB7251.3-2006 "Low voltage switchgear and control equipment".

Usage conditions

The ambient air temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃, not be lower than -5 ℃, and its average temperature shall not exceed+35 ℃ within 24 hours. Weather conditions, clean air, and relative humidity not exceeding 50% at a maximum temperature of+40 ℃. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures.

Altitude ≤ 2000m.

This product is suitable for transportation and storage processes at temperatures ranging from -25 ℃ to+55 ℃, and can reach+70 ℃ in a short period of time (not exceeding 24 hours). Under these extreme temperatures, the device should not suffer any irreparable damage and should be able to work normally under normal conditions.

The XL-21 power distribution box is divided into two types. The box height of 1700mm and 1800mm is the ordinary type (P-type), and the box is installed independently. According to the requirements, the top can be opened with inlet and outlet holes; The box with a height of 1900mm or above is a top mounted busbar (M-type), and the box top is equipped with a removable cover plate for easy installation and removal of the busbar.

The box body is made of steel frame, and the door panel, side and rear sealing plates are detachable. The installation plate and side beam can be adjusted, and installation and maintenance are flexible, convenient, compact in structure, and have good universality. Adopting precision cast adjustable door hinges, the door opens more than 135 degrees. The installation bracket inside the box can be adjusted as a whole after the components are installed. It can be installed and wired according to different usage environments, with strong versatility and can be used in combination with multiple devices.
