GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power, distribution, and motor control centers in low-voltage distribution systems such as power plants, substations, petrochemical departments, mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings, as well as for energy conversion, distribution, and control of capacitor compensation.

The GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear has high connection and breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, advanced and reasonable structure, flexible electrical scheme, high protection level, safety and reliability, convenient maintenance, and high technical performance indicators.

Usage conditions

The ambient air temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃, not be lower than -5 ℃, and its average temperature shall not exceed+35 ℃ within 24 hours.

Weather conditions, clean air, and relative humidity not exceeding 50% at maximum temperature of+40 ℃. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at+20 ℃. However, due to temperature changes, moderate condensation may occur occasionally.

Altitude ≤ 2000m.

This product is suitable for transportation and storage processes at temperatures ranging from -25 ℃ to+55 ℃, and can reach+70 ℃ in a short period of time (not exceeding 24 hours). Under these extreme temperatures, the device should not suffer any irreparable damage and should be able to work normally under normal conditions.

If the above usage conditions cannot be met, the user should propose to the manufacturer and negotiate a solution when placing an order.

Each functional room is strictly separated, and its compartments are mainly divided into functional unit rooms and cable rooms. The functions of each unit are independent and do not affect each other.

The horizontal busbar is arranged horizontally behind the cabinet, enhancing the ability of the busbar to resist the electric force generated by short circuit currents.

The drawer types are divided into five size series: 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 3/2 unit, 2 unit, and 3 unit, with a rated circuit current of 400A and below.

Each device can install up to 11 unit drawers or 22 1/2 unit drawers.

The drawer has five positions: open, close, test, withdraw, and isolate, and is clearly marked.

The drawer is equipped with a mechanical interlocking device and an emergency unlocking device.
