Product Overview
When there is an internal fault in the user of the 10 kV cable line T-connection, when the fault occurs in the incoming section, or when the fault occurs inside the user's incoming switch, but the relay protection action time limit does not match the relay protection action time limit of the power supply company's substation outgoing switch, it will cause the substation outgoing switch to trip. If the nature of the fault is permanent and the outgoing switch fails to overlap, an accident of a medium voltage user will cause a power outage of the entire distribution line, which will have a negative impact on society.
Install a user boundary switch (referred to as a watchdog) at the T-junction or end of the user branch line (responsibility boundary point) mentioned above. After judgment, it is confirmed that an accident (overcurrent, short circuit, low current grounding, etc.) has occurred within the user, and the fault is isolated to ensure the restoration of power supply to non faulty users. This can reduce the power outage area and solve the responsibility dispute between users and the power supply bureau.
Usage conditions
Normal conditions:
Maximum ambient temperature:+40 degrees Celsius
Daily maximum average relative humidity: 95%
Daily average temperature:+35 degrees
Maximum average monthly relative humidity: 90%
Minimum temperature: -40 degrees Celsius
Maximum altitude: 4000 meters
Special conditions:
According to the IEC60694 standard, for special operating conditions that are different from normal operation, the manufacturer and end user must agree. If it involves harsh operating environments, it is necessary to consult the manufacturer and supplier.

Basic Structure
Low voltage chamber
It can be equipped with a secondary low-voltage room on the top of the switchgear, which is used for installing control units such as ammeters, relays, and live locks.
Cable room
Configure the labeled cable head. All sleeves have the same height from the ground and are protected by cable compartment covers. This cover plate can be interlocked with the grounding switch. Note: For installation of cable heads, please refer to the Installation Manual for Shielded Cable Splices.
Temperature and humidity controller
Adopting imported high-performance temperature and humidity sensors, it can simultaneously measure and control temperature and humidity signals. Automatically start the heater and adjust the actual temperature and humidity of the tested environment.
Voltage transformer
10kV fully insulated, fully shielded, and touchable voltage transformers can be configured as needed to meet the requirements of distribution network automation. Can be used to provide voltage signals for metering/measurement, and power supply for switch electric operating mechanisms.
Electromagnetic lock (electric 24V/220V)
The cabinet door suitable for indoor high-voltage switchgear needs to be interlocked at the locking position to prevent the occurrence of misoperation.
Current transformer
Each module can be equipped with current transformers, which must be installed inside the cable compartment.
Attention:
If one phase fuse blows, all three-phase fuses must be replaced
XRNP-12KV/0.5A-50KA
XRNP-12KV/0.2A-50KA
The above models of fuses can be selected
