HXGN □ -12 type box type fixed fully enclosed switchgear is a vacuum load switchgear developed by our company, with a three-phase AC 50Hz and a rated voltage of 12kV. It is referred to as the vacuum ring main unit and is suitable for the ring network power supply of 10kV systems and the power supply and distribution systems of industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, residential communities, etc. The main switch adopts vacuum arc extinguishing, which has the advantages of strong breaking ability and reliable performance, especially suitable for frequent operating modes.

The vacuum ring main unit cabinet consists of three types of cabinets: vacuum load switch cabinet, vacuum load switch fuse combination electrical cabinet, and vacuum circuit breaker cabinet. Vacuum load switch and vacuum load switch fuse combination electrical appliances both use the principle of vacuum arc extinguishing; The dynamic and static contacts are sealed in the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber. When the vacuum arc is cut off, the metal vapor quickly diffuses and extinguishes the arc when the power supply crosses zero, and the insulation strength recovers much faster than air. Therefore, the breaking performance is good and the work is reliable. The transfer current of the air load switch (gas or compressed air load switch) combination device can generally only reach about 1000A, while the transfer current of the vacuum load switch fuse combination device can reach 3150A (which can be larger), making the operation safer and more reliable.

The ring main unit is assembled with 8MF profiles, and the module holes for the full frame installation are E=20mm.

The ring main cabinet is equipped with FZN21-12D or FZN25-12 vacuum load switches or VS1-12 vacuum circuit breakers (side mounted), which are equipped with isolation switches and vacuum negative terminals

The ring main unit adopts front operation and reliable wall installation.

Power supply operation: Only when the cabinet door is closed and locked, and the grounding switch is operated to the "open" position, can the load switch be operated to the closed position.

Power outage operation: Only when the load switch is in the isolated position can the grounding switch be closed. When the grounding switch is in the closed position, insert the insulation partition in place to open the cabinet
